Bookings are subject to £50/US$80 cleaning charge upon departure and sales tax at 12%
Arrival and departure any day of the week. Check in from 4pm and check out is usually by 10am to allow the changeover to occur, but a late check out can be requested.
A minimum deposit of 25% or full payment is required to secure a booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before the date of your booking and bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance must be paid in full at the time of booking.
